Cancelation Policy

In the event that an appointment may need to be cancelled, please send an email or call for any updates. Please be mindful that you must cancel 48 hrs before your appointment start time. Otherwise, you will be charged an additional $25 for last minute cancellations. No call and late cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee. All traveling appointments will be charged 100% of the service rate when cancelled 24 hrs from the appointment start time.
